This is a progressive groove mix performed by Jonathan Youmans of Houston, TX. It was a mix tape that he gave me in 1999. It's got some really smooth mixes and choice track selection. I have a feeling this one will get some serious downloads this week as it contains a lot of the late 90's proggy classics that were popular around that time.
